Yoga for Golfers

Regular classes: Classes cost $95 per custom one-on-one 1-hour class, or $300 for 4 classes, shared by up to 5 students (if you have golf buddies to train with, the classes will cost less than a single drop-in class at a yoga studio).

Tournament/Event rates: Warming up tournament participants (up to 144 people) with 5 minutes of yoga before a shotgun start, and occasionally throughout the tournament will keep your participants flexible, fluid and strong - keeping everyone on pace, easily moving quickly through the course.

• ZipCar - additional fee of $11/hour, minimum 3.5 hours
